This semester, we were thrilled to introduce our new interview series showcasing the incredible journeys of female students at NUS School of Computing. This initiative has provided a wonderful opportunity for current students to connect with their senior peers and gain valuable insights from their experiences.
We were fortunate to have Ziqing Zhang kickstart this series with us. Ziqing, a final year computing student specializing in database management, software engineering, and AI, shared her inspiring journey with us. She emphasized the importance of courage, assertiveness, and confidence in our world, even if we occasionally make mistakes, as they are valuable opportunities for learning. [Read here]
Following that, we had the privilege of speaking with Charisma Kausar, a final year computing student with a focus on AI and software engineering. Charisma provided invaluable guidance on building a strong personal brand through the creation of a personal portfolio. [Read here]
Next, Rama Venkatesh, a final year computing student, shared insightful tips on exploring the world of computing through internships and how to prepare effectively for these opportunities. [Read here]
Our fourth student profile was Anthea Yip, a third year information security student, who shared her unique computing journey and her experiences in the NOC Toronto-Waterloo program. [Read here]
